This thing is fucking nice to drive. It’s a 2016 and there isn’t a backup camera though.
Anybody want a review?

Really? I had a 2016 Base Model Jetta as a rental and it had a back up camera. I thought backup camera’s were a mandatory thing now?.

Yup, it’s strange.
This one is a corporate lease or whatever you want to call it, so it may be spec’d out weird.

Backup cameras aren’t mandatory until 2018. Despite that, they should be standard on any German luxury car by now.

No need to be confrontational.
I was saying it’s strange that in a world of base model cars with backup cameras, that a new Audi doesn’t h ave one.

it’s an A4 it’s the bottom tier Audi next to the A3. Ze Germans don’t need that tech.

My $20k Jetta has one.
I’m thinking it was special ordered without some options or something, it’s a corporate lease car.

Our $35k Odyssey doesn't have side blinkers, but almost every other car over $15k has them in the mirrors. WTF?

$20K Jetta?
in OPPO dollars (rad credit union), that’s a:
Panther (in good shape)
Miata NB (in ok shape)
Fox Body (in ok shape)
and
EG Civic hatch (in good shape)!
Or, 1 of any of these V10 M5 or these C6 Corvette

A review of that would be nice.
Also, I believe that a backup camera wasn’t available on the Premium trim. Or it might’ve been an option. My friend has a front wheel drive 2015 Premium with the CVT and it doesn’t have one either.

considering one of these... but probably won’t end up getting one, counting on them lowering prices to clear out inventory space for newer audis

They already have, The B9s are hitting the showrooms in numbers. Now’s the time to snag one for a good price.

I was actually going to get a b9 with all the goodies, but instead I chose to move to a better place, so I’ve decided against it, or maybe i’ll just get one later with all the goodies, but that's too far down the road for me to see clearly
